What is collected

• Your email address, used to sign in and identify your teams.
• League activity: team names, draft picks, lineups, waiver moves, trades and league settings.
• Standard server logs from the hosting provider, which may include IP address and browser user agent.

How it is used

• To run your leagues: sign you in, show your teams, and sim games each night.
• Your email is not used for marketing. Timeless Baseball League does not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
• Other owners in a league you join can see your team name and moves; they do not see your email unless you tell them.

Cookies and storage

The app stores your sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in between visits. The solo sandbox keeps its league in your browser only. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your data, and how long it is kept

Signed in, go to Account from My Leagues. There you can download a copy of everything stored about you, or delete your account outright. Deleting removes your account, your teams and any league you commission — including its draft and results — immediately; backups age out within 30 days.

League records you are part of but do not commission are kept while that league exists. If you would rather have it handled by hand, email brianfarra@gmail.com from the address on your account.

Player data

Player cards are built from publicly available historical Major League season statistics. No personal data about players beyond published box-score statistics is used.
